Orion and the Milky Way

(Yet another) shot of the milky way over the cottage with Orion to the right, and a glow on the horizon. This was taken while I was experimenting with the noise levels on the 5D Mark II, this incredibly enough is at ISO 12,800.

I’ve gotta say that I’ve been checking up on your blog for 2+ years now and it never ceases to amaze me. And, excuse me for saying it, you seem to be getting better and better. Your shots are amazing (especially this one)! Keep it up!
